วันที่ 17 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 นางสาวกรองกาญจน์ เรือนแก้ว ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนบ้านแม่ที จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการจัดทำแบบบันทึกการปฏิบัติงานและผลการประเมินตนเองรายบุคคล (SAR ครู) จากระบบเพิ่มคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียน (Quality learning Information System: Q-Info) ให้แก่คณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 25 คน ณ ห้องประชุมโรงเรียน บ้านแม่ที โดยมอบหมายให้นางเบญจมาศ เพชรทอง รองผู้อำนวยการ เป็นวิทยากรอบรมการบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ข้อมูลการจัดการเรียนรู้ การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ เพื่อให้ครูสามารถจัดทำ SAR รายบุคคลได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ครูสามารถติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน วิเคราะห์จุดเด่นและจุดที่ควรพัฒนา วางแผนพัฒนาตนเอง และนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Banmaetee School Conducts Workshop on Individual Teacher Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) via the Q-Info System

On March 17, 2026, Principal Krongkan Rueankaew organized a specialized workshop for 25 faculty and staff members at the school meeting room. The session focused on the preparation of the Individual Teacher Self-Assessment Report (Teacher SAR) using the Quality Learning Information System (Q-Info).
Deputy Principal Benchamat Pechtong served as the keynote speaker, guiding the staff through the four essential components of the system:

1. General Information: ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน
2. Learning Management: ข้อมูลการจัดการเรียนรู้
3. Learning Promotion & Support: การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้
4. Professional Development: การพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ

This digital approach to SAR documentation aims to ensure accuracy and systematic data management. By utilizing the Q-Info system, teachers can effectively track their performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and strategically plan their professional growth. Ultimately, these insights will be used to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for the benefit of all students.
